neuromorph:

crafting a

cybernetic

identity

My Role
  • Visual Identity, Art Direction & Motion Design
Scope
  • Logo, visual system, motion identity, posters, video overlays, release artwork
Tools Used
●    Adobe Photoshop
●    Adobe Illustrator
●    After Effects
Brief

Neuromorph combines ambient music, cinematic imagery and cyberpunk / neo-noir influences. The challenge was to create an identity with enough character to be recognizable, without competing with the slow, atmospheric work it frames.

From Sound to Visual Behavior
Neuromorph's sound is slow, atmospheric and layered, with moments of repetition, distortion and interruption. Rather than visualizing the music literally, I translated its atmosphere into visual decisions. Cinematic space, digital signal language and the tension between organic and synthetic imagery became recurring ideas across the identity.
CINEMATIC SPACE
scale / darkness / negative space / artificial light
DIGITAL SIGNAL
pixel type / codes / technical labels / modular graphics
ORGANIC → DIGITAL
natural forms / ASCII / distortion / data

visual
language

The system combines a limited set of recurring elements: pixel-based typography, thin structural lines, modular framing, cold monochrome imagery and controlled digital interference. Each element can change in scale or density while keeping the same visual logic.

01

Logo

The fragmented mark provides a recognizable anchor across static and moving applications.

02

Typography

Pixel-based display typography creates the technical character, while smaller supporting type carries information without competing with the imagery.

03

Layout

The layouts use edge-aligned and vertical typography, large image areas, and simple framing elements to create a consistent sense of structure across different applications.

04

Image treatment

Photography is pushed away from a documentary look through cold tonality, grain, glow and digital processing.

05

Motion & overlays

Motion extends the same visual elements into time through logo reveals, restrained callouts and short moments of digital disruption.

identity in motion

The fragmented logo becomes the anchor of the system. In motion, scan, interruption and resolution extend the same logic, while slower timing keeps the identity atmospheric rather than decorative.

System in Use
Across posters, overlays and environmental mockups, the system changes density without changing character. The same typography, framing and interference rules can sit quietly behind content or become the focal image.

‍Cyber Shamanism tests the identity as a release-specific world. It keeps Neuromorph’s structure and signal language, then increases texture, ASCII detail and narrative imagery to create a denser visual expression.

Outcome & Impact

The result is a flexible identity that moves from a reduced logo to dense release artwork without losing recognition. The project showed that consistency can come from behavior and relationships, not from repeating one fixed composition.
